About the Author
Dr Nisha Mohamed is a barrister at the Gilt Chambers in Hong Kong where her practice includes a wide variety of civil and commercial matters such as, insurance, trusts, probate and tax. She has handled numerous first instance and appellate level cases, including High Court trials and appeals in the Court of Appeal and Court of Final Appeal. Dr Mohammed also lectures at the University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong, and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2012.
